The feces enter the tank through the feces suction hose under atmospheric pressure. Or because the siphon is close to the bottom of the tank, the air is continuously discharged into the feces tank. Because it has no way out, it is compressed, causing the pressure in the tank to be higher than the atmospheric pressure. The feces are discharged out of the tank through the siphon and the feces suction hose under the action of compressed air.

1. If the vacuum degree of the new pump is not high when it is used for the first time, the reason is that there is no oil in the new pump, or the amount of oil is too little, the pump cannot generate vacuum when it is running, and the oil cannot be sucked into the pump from the secondary oil-gas separator. The solution is to add 1-2 liters of engine oil to the new pump. If there is oil in the pump, vacuum can be generated, and the oil in the secondary oil-gas separator can be sucked into the pump to generate vacuum.

2. If the sewage suction truck is not operated carefully during work, the sewage will be sucked into the vacuum pump and the first and second oil-gas separators and pipeline systems installed at the back, causing the entire system to be blocked by dirt, and the entire system will not be able to form a vacuum. In serious cases, the pump will be damaged. After this happens, the suction pipeline system (including four-way valve, gas-water separator) should be completely disassembled and cleaned, the first and second level oil-gas separators, the suction pipe and the return pipe should be cleaned, the contaminated oil should be replaced and the pollutants in the vacuum pump should be carefully removed. The entire suction system must be equipped with an anti-overflow device and a viewing window for observing the height of the sewage suction tank, which can greatly reduce the probability of over-suction.

3. Due to excessive leakage in the suction pipeline system (including four-way valve, gas-water separator), the system vacuum is not ideal. The place where the leakage is too large should be found and repaired.

4. Many modification factories lack experience. The suction pipe and return pipe use hoses. The system will increase the temperature when working, causing the pipe to soften and shrink, resulting in poor oil supply in the pump and failing to meet the design requirements of the pump vacuum.
